Because not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, and because we ship from different warehouses across NZ you may not necessarily receive your order in 1-3 days or all items in the same shipment. Please be aware that there is no weekend pickup or delivery with FASTWAY.



If multiple items are ordered, they may ship from different locations or may be expedited when ordered, so items may arrive at different times.



While we make every attempt to fill orders placed, not all items are in stock readily available for shipment, items may be out of stock, or subject to a manufacturer’s delay or discontinued before they have been removed from the site. Order's may be delayed cancelled or back-ordered. If you do not wish to wait due to the delay or back-order, you may request a cancellation for your order or back-ordered part, provided that the item(s) has not shipped. If we do not hear from you before we ship the items, you have agreed to the shipment delay.

If we cannot deliver your item(s) within 30 days of the order date, delay notice or back-order notification (whichever is greater), a cancellation will be processed automatically and you will receive a prompt refund for any unshipped portion of your order, if you had been charged. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.
